TOP-SEAL + SIDE&WRAP indexed application on marmalade jars

Customer’s need

1) Apply two labels one on the top (with seals) and one on the side with the two logos present on the two labels oriented in the same position on a cylindrical and conical glass;

2) Apply one wrap around label on a cylindrical and conical glass;

3) Productivity required: 5000 ppm.

Labelling process

1. Top-Seal label application on the top of the product;
2. The product is exactly rotated by 90° in order to apply the side label with the logo oriented in the same position of the top label;
3. Side or Wrap application depending on the product to be labelled.
