C-Wrap

Industrial automatic C-wrap labelling machine is the ideal labelling system for applying a half wrap label (C-wrap) of full wrap label on the front top and base or front and two sides of elliptical, rectangular or quadrangular products such as bottles, boxes, trays, food containers, vessels, glass, tin and all food market, cosmetic and toiletries market products. The Automatic labelling system can be configured with different models (label applicator or print apply) depending on production need and equipped with alarms, controls and different types of printing modules to print any codes, variable data and images. The systems provide different production speeds, in standard, customized or tailor-made configurations Thanks to the modular design of the labeling machine, it is possible to integrate other label applicators for additional label application on the same product The industrial labelling machine can be used both offline or online connected to other packaging machines (e.g. filling machines or thermoforming machines) and able to satisfy any productivity requirement from 10 up to 100 products per minute.
